  20. These PICTs were created by Instant MathSheet 1.2©, part of the Instant Math Series©.  The difficulty level was set at Level 3 for this addition worksheet and matching answer key. You may print out the PICT images using TeachText or any graphics program capable of handling PICTs.

  22. We have made these PICTs available so you can get an idea of the final product produced by the Instant Math Series©.  A demo version of each product in the series  is available online, should you wish to try it out and see how easy it is to generate this type of worksheet and answer key.

The Instant Math Series© is a set of productivity tools for teachers and parents.  Have you ever checked a child's math problems, and found that you were spending nearly as much time as they did solving them?  Who's the one going to school?  The Instant Math Series© will prepare tests or worksheets for you, as well as the answer keys.

  26. Several improvements have been made in version 1.2 of the series:

  28.      •     You now have more control over settings such as sound level and difficulty level of the problems.  
  29.      •     It is possible to preview the problems on both the top and bottom of the page before printing.
  30.      •     Calculations are now faster; the critical scripts for doing these calculations have been compiled into XCMD's using Heizer Software's CompileIt!  
  31.      •     A password-protection feature prevents students from changing difficulty levels or accessing the Home Stack (this password feature can be disabled by the teacher or parent).
  32.      •     The stacks are now fully compatible with the HyperCard Player, as well as with HyperCard version 2.0 or above.
  33.      •     At the suggestion of teachers, all problems are now oriented vertically.  This enables students to work each problem to the right of the original problem.
